週末はイベント続きで・・・
12日のストカフェに参加された方、お手伝いの方
”お疲れさまでした”
これで俺は 7週連続イベント続き ・・・
大体隔週で店はお休みにしたけど
サービス業でこれはあかんやろ・・・ と・・・
思うこのごろ
店を開けている時は ”Ｐ” 一人なので ”Ｐ” とは電話のやり取りで何とか事なきをえてる
オイル交換，タイヤ交換その他整備が伴う物は俺がいないともちろん出来ない
そのお客さんには丁寧に断るしかないのだが
事前に休みは知らしているものの（ＨＰ上，留守電，店内ＰＯＰだけだが・・・）
やはりお客さんへの申し訳ない気持ちは常々思っている
イベント参加は店の宣伝とお客様へのサポート（というか、喜んでもらえる事が一番大切なんですが）
しかし、イベントの中ではどうしてもそういうのがないものもある
特に、お客様の喜んでる顔が見えナインやねえ
ウチはそんなに土日に店を休む余裕もないし
自店を休んでのイベント参加は1年通じてもう決まっている
しかし、この週末の休みの多さを考えると・・・
土日を休みにしてしまおうかなあ・・・
それはさすがに出来ないなあ
でも、昨日ちょっとサマータイムを考えてみた
平日は仕事帰りの人を考え ’ＰＭ12：00開店 ＰＭ９：００閉店’
日曜、祝祭日は ’ＡＭ10：00開店 ＰＭ７：００閉店’
７月より実施するかあ。。。
皆様なにとぞご意見お待ちしてます。
