自分を誉めて、みた・・・みたい？（笑）
今日は日曜なので閉店はＰＭ７：００．
残業もしなくてもよさそうなのでこの時間に
”日記”を書いてます。
その代わり今週は遅くまで頑張ったと思う・・・。
と、自分を誉めてみた（笑）。
それはあくまでも ’自己満足’ のようなものなので
他人から見ると’頑張ってない’かもしれない・・・。。。
レースを走っているとき（現役の頃ネ）周りからはよく
”カトちんは頑張ってるなあ”と、よく言われた。
嬉しかったけど自分では全然頑張ってるとはいえない状況だった。
・・・そう・・・レースは結果が全てだから。
結果が出てないのである。
そんな時には”カトちんは頑張ってるけど結果が出ないねえ”と、言う風に
感じていた事もあるかもしれない・・・いや、あっただろう。
もちろんファクトリーが１５台以上走っている
”国際Ａ級２５０ｃｃクラス，ＴＴＦ－１クラス”で
一桁の順位で決勝リザルトを残せたら
もちろん嬉しかったし、周りからも祝福された。
頑張っていたのだろう(笑）。
でも、ある人に
”レースで頑張るのは当たり前やねんから、レースで頑張らんでもええ。
頑張るのは練習だけや！本番は（決勝は）楽しんだらええんや！！！”
その時の俺には無理だった。
今は少しづつであるがその言葉がわかるようになってきた。
大きな夢に向かって、今は少し、楽しくない事も我慢しなければならない。
夢が幻に終わらぬよう努力していく所存です（チョット硬い？）

スポーツに関する指導者的な立場の人は
みんなこういってるのかもしれないなあ・・・
この話をしてもらった後から、レースのグリッドについている
ライダーには ”ガンバレ！”ではなく ”楽しんで！”と
言う事にしている。
どんな仕事の人だったか・・・忘れたが（笑）
ビジネスの成果は事前の準備で決まるとも
教えてもらった事もある。
”段取り八分，仕事二分”
身にしみる言葉だった・・・（のに忘れるなよ！）。
